These Turmeric Polenta Stars are so easy, delicious, and add a little fun! Love these for a starter or quick lunch!
For this recipe we used a really wholesome polenta with quinoa. Cut 1/2 circles from the polenta loaf and then use a star cookie cutter to shape. Toss gently in Truly Turmeric (about 1 tsp for 6 pieces) and a little coconut oil or avocado oil.
Fry a couple of minutes on each side until golden. Serve! That's it! We plated it with roasted cherry tomatoes and pea shoots.
