Truly Turmeric Falafels with Avocado Mayonnaise!

Love this great recipe by @cookingforpeanuts! Easy to make and super delicious!

Falafels: In a food process mix

2 cup cooked chickpeas

1/3 cup chopped onion

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup tahini

1 minced clove garlic

1.5 tsp cumin

1 tsp Truly Turmeric

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Juice 1 small lemon

3 tbsp parsley leaves

If seems dry, add more olive oil. Roll into approx 2 inch balls and bake on parchment at 375 for 15 mins. Flip and bake for another 10-15 mins until just golden brown.

Best served with the 🥑mayonnaise.

Recipe Avocado Mayonnaise: Blend flesh 1 large avocado, juice 1/2 lemon, 1/4c olive oil, pinch cayenne, salt to taste. Whisk in bowl after blending to avoid separation.
