I learned to make this very simple, super easy flat bread when I lived in Zanzibar. It's tasty and you can play around with spices and herbs that you add to make it slightly different each time.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet quick rise yeast (1 tbsp)
1 tsp salt
pinch of sugar
1 cup warm water
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Truly Turmeric
