Try this super easy and delicious peanut vegan sauce from @beveganchallenger!
Spicy Peanut Zoodles with Crispy Tofu but with a twist! No onions, sriracha, or garlic. Instead, there's a tablespoon of whole root turmeric paste made with lime and sea salt, then a dash of pepper and a quarter of a dried hot chili.
Peanut Sauce:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp turmeric paste (I used Truly Turmeric from https://www.naledo.com/)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 of 1 dried red chili
1 knob of ginger, chopped
Mixed with:
1 blk of tofu.
2 med zucchini (not cooked just added to the pan to mix up in the sauce).
