Truly Turmeric Salad Dressing

This salad dressing has a great zing that will kick up your favourite salad a notch!

Serves 2

- 2 tablespoon of avocado or olive oil

- 1 teaspoon Truly Turmeric with Black Pepper

- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined, adjust to your taste, and drizzle over your favourite salad greens just before you serve.
