Mango Truly Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is refreshing and gives a nice energy booth to get you through the day! Fresh super ripe mangoes are the absolute best to use for flavour, but frozen would work well too! 

 

 

Ingredients: 

1/2 large mango cubed or 1 cup frozen chunks 

1 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla yoghurt alternative 

1 tsp Truly Turmeric 

Blend until smooth 

 

 

Toppings: 

Get creative and top with mango chunks, dragon fruit, whatever you have on hand that tickles your fancy! 

 

We used crushed cacao nibs, chia seeds, and fresh mint!
