Turmeric Roasted Potatoes

Change up your potato routine! This is such a simple recipe and soo good. 



- 6-10 small heirloom potatoes

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil

- 2 teaspoons of Truly Turmeric with Black Pepper

- 1 tbps chopped garlic (add ALOT more if you love garlic)

- Sprinkle of rosemary


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a bowl with the avocado oil, Truly Turmeric, rosemary, and garlic; toss until the potatoes are well coated. Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out into 1 layer. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until browned and crisp.
