Delightful Turmeric Pickled Eggs!

What do you need to make these delightful pickled eggs?
Water, apple cider vinegar, fresh garlic, Giddyyoyo mountain salt, coconut sugar, chili flakes, and of course Truly Turmeric!
- 12 small eggs
- 3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp chili flakes (you decide how hot you want it!)
- 1 tsp spoon of Truly Turmeric (regular or black Pepper)
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
Bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Place eggs, garlic, child flakes, and Truly Turmeric in a 1-quart mason jar; top with vinegar mixture. Seal jar and refrigerate for at least 1 week.
Enjoy on its own or serve with a kick ass salad!
