Anti-Inflammatory Warm Turmeric Drink

Makes 1 Serving
Whisk or fork for mixing
Bowl or jar with an air-tight lid
(Note: Use all organic, fresh ingredients if possible)
WITH TRULY TURMERIC PASTE:
1 tbsp turmeric paste
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup coconut milk
Optional extra sweetener:
– 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
– Stevia for sweetness with no added sugar
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and gently warm over low heat.
Use an immersion blender or pour into blender and blend for 30 second or until creamy and foamy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy!
